Our History
Forty years of experience, over 160 employees and a network of professionals built around you.
We were founded in 1979 in Trento as an insurance brokerage company, a group of qualified professionals with very clear ideas on how to connect with their market: extensive knowledge of the sector and a relationship that is always personal and exclusive. After little more than a year, Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo S.p.A., a holding company with interests in the financial, banking, industrial, energy, environmental, real estate and insurance sectors, entered into our capital. A company with more than 90 years of history behind it, with which INSER had the opportunity to develop its full potential: it is the beginning of an exponential growth that has seen us grow as an increasingly popular player in the sector. What rewards us, then as now, is our ability to have an in-depth knowledge of the markets and sectors in which companies and public administrations operate on a daily basis. With the acquisition of new market shares in the industrial and banking segments, the need to grow and expand emerged: INSER’s second office was opened in Brescia in 1996, followed by offices in Vicenza and Milan. Between 2010 and 2020 we completed the acquisitions of Studio Garulli Insurance Broker srl, S. Lorenzo srl, & Professional Brokers Associati srl (PBA).In the two-year period 2022 -2023 we acquired Agibroker srl of Vicenza, Assibroker srl of Langhirano (PR) and EnneEmme srl of Udine, inaugurated the new headquarters in Udine. In July 2023, Verlingue, an independent international broker family-run for four generations, with the aim of entering the Italian insurance market and strengthening its position in Europe, chose Inser and acquired the majority shareholding.A new journey has just begun: new perspectives, new technologies and new looks towards the future are just waiting to be discovered, together.
